    Ready to get Grinchy? Join us at Hammer & Stain East Michigan on Saturday, December 5 at 11:30 AM for a cozy‑crafting, holiday‑hugging workshop where you’ll hand‑knit your very own Grinch Chunky Throw — no knitting experience needed!

    We’ll be using loom knitting to keep your stitches perfectly even and your finished throw looking downright gorgeous. When you’re done, you’ll walk out with a snuggly 48" x 55" blanket in rich cranberry + ivory with that iconic pop of lime green and the grinch face. (The blanket shown in the picture is made with a variegated yarn that offers a watercolor marbling effect instead of solid coloring.  It is more expensive than the solid chunky yarn). The cost of the workshop includes a total of 10 skeins of chunky yarn plus enough black and yellow yarn to complete the Grinch face.

    How to Register:

    1. Select the type of green yarn you want.
    2. If coming with registered friends, please list who you would like to sit with in the corresponding box.
    3. Confirm your order.

    2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
    3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
    4. Add to Cart and checkout.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

    Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

    Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

    Guest Policy

    Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
    guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
    workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
    approval.
