Jazz up your front door by joining our Personalized Door Mat Workshop!  In this fun and hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of personalizing door mats using stencils and acrylic paints, perfect for adding a welcoming touch to your front porch.

You'll have seven designs to choose from and will leave the workshop with a beautiful and functional piece that will impress your visitors.

All materials, including stencils, paints, and door mats, are provided. This workshop is perfect for both beginners and experienced crafters.

This workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, May 14 at 7:00 pm at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 123 W. Irwin Street, Bad Axe, M.  Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can begin on time.

Upon registering, please pick one of the seven designs as well as the type of door mat you want.  The Coir door mat measures 18” x 30” and is a thicker material made from natural coconut fibers.  The low-pile carpet door mat measures 18” x 28” and is thinner than the Coir but easier to stencil on and comes in beige or black.  Both door mats are rubber backed. 

Cost of workshop is $35.  Registration deadline is May 5.

No refunds for cancellations.

How to Register

  1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
  2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
  3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
  4. Add to Cart and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
