DIY Fall & Halloween Doormat Painting Workshop

Add a festive flair to your front porch with a custom-painted doormat that celebrates the season in style! Join us for a hands-on crafting session where you’ll paint your own decorative doormat using high-quality stencils and vibrant outdoor paints. Choose from ten exclusive designs with five Fall-themed designs and five Halloween-themed designs. Also choose from two types of doormats, an 18” x 28” beige low pile doormat or a 18” x 30” Coir doormat.

All materials are provided, and no experience is needed—just bring your creativity and seasonal spirit! We’ll guide you through the process so you leave with a doormat that’s porch-perfect and uniquely yours.

Whether you're decorating for fall, Halloween, or both—this workshop is a fun way to celebrate the season with friends, neighbors, or solo with a pumpkin spice latte in hand.

This workshop will be held at the Hammer & Stain East Michigan studio at 101 State Street, Harbor Beach on Saturday, September 20 at 11:00am.

Cost of the workshop is $40. Registration ends on September 15. No refunds for cancellations.

Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

Guest Policy

Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
approval.
