Once your custom ceramic arrives, we’ll give you a shout. Then you can drop in during ANY open crafting session to paint it up in your team colors, wild colors, glitter explosions — whatever masterpiece you’re feeling that day. No scheduling needed, just show up and create.

    ✨ Important Personalization Note: Please type your personalization exactly as you want it to appear—ALL CAPS or Upper/Lowercase—directly into the personalization box at registration.

    IMPORTANT:  Please be sure to include your phone number and email  upon registration so that we can contact you once your personalized ceramic arrives.

    How to Register:

    1. Select the ball option from the drop down menu
    2. If your ball includes personalization, please include it in the personalization box.  Make sure to type it exactly as you want it.
    3. If coming with registered friends, please list who you would like to sit with in the corresponding box.
    4. Confirm your order.

    1. Choose your project and design options from the drop down menu.
    2. If applicable include any relevant personal information needed to complete your stencil such as name or date.
    3. Confirm and Agree to our policies and terms.
    4. Add to Cart and checkout.

    Cancellation Policy

    Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice.

    Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.

    Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page. If you have any inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies please contact us.

    Guest Policy

    Unless otherwise specified in the workshop description, unregistered
    guests are not permitted to attend any workshop, whether it is a public
    workshop or private party. Bringing an unregistered guest will result in the guest being asked to leave as this interferes with the attention and experience of our registered makers. Makers can inquire about purchasing a guest seat but the request will be subject to
    approval.

    Wood

    This is a natural wood workshop, so your sign will have random cracks,
    chips, knots and other natural blemishes that give it character! Some peeling may occur. We will do our very best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional, but due to the nature of the workshop we can make no guarantees. Please keep in mind, no sign is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted, but it will certainly be wall worthy!
